Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers payments made to CTRLFIRM LLP for CtrlFirm subscriptions and prepaid WhatsApp credits.

1. Subscriptions

  • CtrlFirm is a paid monthly subscription. There is no free trial.
  • If you cancel within 7 days of your first subscription payment, we refund it in full.
  • After that, you can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the month you have paid for. We do not give pro-rata refunds for partly used months.
  • Renewals are not refunded once the new month has started, unless the renewal charge was an error on our side.
  • When your account is closed, its data is deleted 90 days after closure, except records we must keep by law, as described in our Privacy Policy.

2. WhatsApp credits

  • Prepaid credits do not expire.
  • Credits that have been used to send messages cannot be refunded.
  • Credits given free of charge have no cash value and cannot be refunded.

3. Failed or duplicate payments

If you were charged but the payment did not go through, or you were charged twice for the same purchase, we refund the extra amount in full. You can also write to us to have it done sooner.

4. How to request a refund or cancel

Email ctrlfirmofficial@gmail.com from the account owner's email address, with your firm name, the payment date and the Razorpay payment ID or invoice number. We reply within 2 working days.

5. Processing time

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Your bank may take a little longer to show them. If a refund covers a payment we have already invoiced, we issue a GST credit note.

6. Delivery of the service

CtrlFirm is an online service. Nothing is shipped. Access starts as soon as your firm account is activated, and purchased credits are added to your wallet as soon as the payment is confirmed.
